一、感謝信
Para1: 表明寫作目的：表示感謝并簡(jiǎn)要提及原因。Para2:感謝的具體原因。Para3: 再次表達(dá)感謝并表達(dá)回報(bào)的愿望。常用句式：1. Iwould like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for

二、求職信Para 1: 說明信息來源，表明寫作目的。Para 2: 提供個(gè)人信息（優(yōu)點(diǎn)），適當(dāng)詢問相關(guān)問題。Para 3: 表達(dá)求職愿望，提供聯(lián)系方式，表示感謝。常用句式：1.I’m writing this letter for the purposeof applying for the post mentioned in your advertisement on the Internet.2. 三、推薦信
Para 1: 介紹推薦人以及與自己的熟悉度（同學(xué)，同事等）Para 2: 對(duì)推薦人的評(píng)價(jià)，如學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、性格特征等。Para 3: 表達(dá)感謝，再次贊美推薦人綜合素質(zhì)并期待回應(yīng)。常用句式：
1.Withreference to your particular requirements, I shall, without reservation,recommend… asan ideal candidate.2. It ismy great pleasure to write this letter in support of XX’s application to youresteemed university/ company.3. 四、申請(qǐng)信
Para 1: 說明申請(qǐng)?jiān)?。Para 2: 說明申請(qǐng)具體原因，可以適當(dāng)詢問相關(guān)信息。Para 3: 懇請(qǐng)對(duì)方考慮該申請(qǐng)，并表達(dá)感謝，期望回復(fù)。常用句式：1. I amwriting this letter for the purpose of

五、辭職信
Para 1: 簡(jiǎn)短說明辭職的請(qǐng)求。Para 2: 表達(dá)遺憾或感激，并具體說明辭職原因。Para 3：希望對(duì)方同意辭呈，表達(dá)美好祝福。常用句式：1. I am writing this letter for the purposeof my decision to resign my current position in this company.2. 六、建議信
Para 1: 表明寫作目的（給出建議）Para 2：寫明具體建議，2~3點(diǎn)。語氣要客氣禮貌。Para 3: 感謝對(duì)方對(duì)信件的關(guān)注，希望建議對(duì)對(duì)方有幫助。常用句式：1. I am writing this letter for the
