1. 模板

【寫(xiě)作思路】

通知由“通知標(biāo)志”、 “發(fā)布時(shí)間”、“通知正文”和“發(fā)布單位”四部分組成。

（1）通知多用NOTICE作標(biāo)題；

（2）發(fā)出通知時(shí)間可按書(shū)信格式寫(xiě)在正文的右上角；

（3）正文要寫(xiě)明事情的具體時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、概括性?xún)?nèi)容、出席對(duì)象及有關(guān)注意事項(xiàng)；

（4）發(fā)出通知的人或單位的名稱(chēng)，一般寫(xiě)在正文后面的右下角。

Directions:

You are supposed to write for the Postgraduates’ Association a notice to recruit volunteers for an international conference on globalization. The notice should include the basic qualifications for applicants and other information which you think is relevant.

You should write about 100 words on ANSWER SHEET 2.

Do not sign your own name at the end of the notice. Use “Postgraduates’ Association” instead. (10points)

Jan.9th, 2010

(1)The International Conference of Global Integration will be held on September 23 at China Institute of International Studies, and twenty volunteers are wanted among the students in our school.

(2)The positions recruited include receptionist, conference guider, transportation  guider and English interpreter, and the volunteers are requested to speak fluent English and are expected to be active, open-minded and conscientious. All the volunteers will be trained for 5 days before the conference and provided with free transportation and meal.

(3)For those who are interested in taking part in the activity, please send your resume to the email address: postgraduates@zju.cn before September l.
