1.模板句型

首段：

2.全文格式模板

稱(chēng)呼語(yǔ)，

（1）表明寫(xiě)作目的。

例：

I write to complain about ...

（2）說(shuō)明投訴的具體問(wèn)題及表達(dá)強(qiáng)烈不滿(mǎn)。

例：

For one thing, ...

For another, ...

Personally, I find ... to be completely unacceptable.

（3)提出解決方案

(1) I write to complain about the quality of the electronic dictionary bought from your online store on January 1^st.

(2) I found it has some problems after using for a short period of time. For one thing, the battery needs recharging after mere 2 hours of use. This means that I need to carry my charger with me when I go out for a day. For another, the buttons on the electronic dictionary are so small that it is inconvenient to type anything with them. Personally, I find this to be completely unacceptable.

(3) Therefore, I wish to change the electronic dictionary for another model or receive a refund for it. I will appreciate it if my problem receives due attention.
