英語(yǔ)考試形式主要分為筆試、聽(tīng)力、口試3種形式。具體考查方式看每個(gè)院校官網(wǎng)發(fā)布的復(fù)試通知，也可以向該專(zhuān)業(yè)的學(xué)姐學(xué)長(zhǎng)了解往年復(fù)試形式。確定本專(zhuān)業(yè)復(fù)試英語(yǔ)考查的方向、內(nèi)容等，是否有聽(tīng)力和筆試環(huán)節(jié)，以幫助自己更好地備考。
一般口試時(shí)間不會(huì)太長(zhǎng)，以問(wèn)答形式為主，也有部分院校會(huì)給定題目，考生自行討論表達(dá)觀點(diǎn)即可，難度也不會(huì)很大。當(dāng)然，越好的院校問(wèn)題難度設(shè)置相對(duì)較高，也會(huì)有英語(yǔ)四六級(jí)要求。
①每天抽時(shí)間精讀一篇文章，聽(tīng)一兩段VOA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語(yǔ)或者BBC新聞播報(bào)；
②多收集儲(chǔ)備和本專(zhuān)業(yè)相關(guān)的英語(yǔ)詞匯以及一些口語(yǔ)中會(huì)用到的表達(dá)和句式；
③準(zhǔn)備英語(yǔ)?？荚?huà)題，比如自我介紹、家鄉(xiāng)介紹、本科院校介紹，選擇讀研院校和這個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)的原因、讀研期間的規(guī)劃等等；
④有意識(shí)地訓(xùn)練自己在看英美劇和電影時(shí)不依賴(lài)字幕，嘗試自己翻譯。
首先，一定要保持鎮(zhèn)定，好的心理素質(zhì)也是導(dǎo)師們看重的；其次，復(fù)試前好好磨練自己的聽(tīng)力能力；另外，提前準(zhǔn)備一些常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題答案以及問(wèn)題中可能會(huì)涉及到的詞匯，這樣即便沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂全部?jī)?nèi)容，也能根據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞了解一二；最后，如果實(shí)在是聽(tīng)不懂也可以禮貌地詢(xún)問(wèn)導(dǎo)師是否可以再說(shuō)一遍，自己沒(méi)聽(tīng)清楚。一般情況下老師都會(huì)再說(shuō)一遍的?？傊?，整個(gè)過(guò)程保持不急不躁、自信大方的狀態(tài)，說(shuō)話(huà)語(yǔ)速自然流暢。
每個(gè)院?？赡芸粗氐牡胤讲煌傮w上和以下幾點(diǎn)大差不差。
①語(yǔ)言準(zhǔn)確性，包括不限于語(yǔ)法和用詞的準(zhǔn)確性、語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜性、詞匯的豐富程度、發(fā)音的準(zhǔn)確性），當(dāng)然以上內(nèi)容是綜合考慮；
②話(huà)語(yǔ)的長(zhǎng)短和連貫性（內(nèi)容的連貫性、尋找合適詞語(yǔ)而造成的停頓頻率及長(zhǎng)短、表達(dá)思想的語(yǔ)言長(zhǎng)短等）
③語(yǔ)言的靈活性和適合性（語(yǔ)言表達(dá)是否靈活、自然，話(huà)語(yǔ)是否得體，語(yǔ)言能否 與語(yǔ)境、動(dòng)能和目的相適應(yīng)）
①優(yōu)秀：能用外語(yǔ)就指定的話(huà)題進(jìn)行口頭交流，基本沒(méi)有困難；
②良好：能用外語(yǔ)就指定的題材進(jìn)行口頭交流，雖有些困難，但不影響交流；
③及格：能用外語(yǔ)就指定的話(huà)題進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的口頭交流；
④不及格：不具有口頭表達(dá)能力。
①英語(yǔ)自我介紹不宜過(guò)多，2-3分鐘足矣，如果說(shuō)得過(guò)長(zhǎng)，為了控制時(shí)間有些老師會(huì)直接打斷你的自我介紹，另外，自我介紹盡量突出特色，最想讓老師看到的長(zhǎng)處，也要對(duì)這些點(diǎn)進(jìn)行問(wèn)題拓展。因?yàn)楫?dāng)你說(shuō)完這些內(nèi)容后老師極有可能針對(duì)你的介紹提問(wèn)題，如果答不上來(lái)就很尷尬了，你們懂的；
②回答老師的問(wèn)題不要只回答“yes”或“no”，而是加上自己的reason和example，有理有據(jù)，有自己思考的過(guò)程，這也是老師希望看到和聽(tīng)到的。
很有可能。不過(guò)還是要參考目標(biāo)院校的復(fù)試大綱，部分學(xué)校為了加大對(duì)學(xué)生的考查和擇優(yōu)錄取的原則，復(fù)試中除了面試外，還有筆試。

①Can you introduce your family?
There are three members in my family: my parents and me.
My father is a policeman working in our local police station. He is a loving, gentle and considerate father. My mother was a responsible accountant and now she retired. During my preparation for the postgraduate examination, my family’s love and support has always been my power. And I hope in the future I will be able to repay them.
②Would you please tell me something about your university?
XX University is one of the oldest universities in China. It was founded in and covers an area of over 1，000 years. The building area is XX square meters. It develops into a comprehensive university with efforts of generations, especially after the reform and opening up. It takes the lead among the universities with nice teaching and scientific research ability. The library has a storage of books. Various research institutes are set up including 31 research centers. There are teaching research experimental bases. For example, the computer center, analyzing-test center, modern education technical center and so on.
③Why do you choose to study at our university？
As a university taking the lead in promoting quality education, XXX established the national base of quality education and the system of quality education with a distinctive character, which is renowned both home and abroad. As for my strongest strength, I think it is my conscientiousness in work and learning, which promotes me to develop unceasingly, devote myself to my work and do a good job. I think it is helpful for my future work.
⑤What is your deficiency?（缺點(diǎn)）
Well, my greatest weakness may be my tendency to make decisions too fast during workplace crisis. A little thoughtless. Certainly I think it is necessary to look before you leap, especially to the medic.
⑥Why did you choose XX as your postgraduate major？（為什么選這個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)）
I am very interested in this major. This is the most important reason I choose it as my major. What’s more, I am good at （自身優(yōu)勢(shì)）. Thirdly, it is so promising that knowledge in this major can be used in many fields. It takes an leading role in （具體的某一領(lǐng)域）.
⑦Tell me your plans in the postgraduate study. （研究生期間你的計(jì)劃）
First, I hope I can form systematic view of XXX. As for XXX, my express wish is to get a complete comprehension of the formation and development as well as XXX. If possible, I will go on with my study for doctorate degree. In a word, I am looking forward to making a solid foundation for future profession after two years study here.
⑧Which kind of professor/tutor do you like best? （你喜歡什么樣的導(dǎo)師）
I think the best professor would be someone who is both good in personality and learning and who can guide me not only in how to do research but also in how to be an excellent people.
⑨If you failed this time, what will you do in the near future?（考研失敗你會(huì)怎么做）
I am very clear that life is not successful at any time and it is full of challenge, so I prepare for receiving challenge from life. In my life I often tell myself that I will not give up at any moment. I just try my best to pass this challenge. No matter what what the result is, I will never give up pursuing my goal and dream.
⑩What’s your goal for future?
What will you be in 5 years? What do you think your position will be in 5 years? What’s your blueprint for your future? There must be many things to learn if I were enrolled into my ideal research field. I hope I can build up a systematic view of life and science, especially in the fields of genetic engineering technique. Sincerely, my wish is to get a complete comprehension of the mechanism of the life.
On the other hand, I am dreaming of the participation of some relevant projects of my major, for this reason, I will get more experience in practice. And through this, I can get something that cannot be acquired from the textbooks. I believe after 2 years of learning, my dream will finally come true And what’s more, I expect to continue my study for doctorate degree, if it is possible. In a word, I am looking forward to making up a solid foundation for future profession which is based on three years of study here.
