（十八）報(bào)告

 

1. 寫作思路

報(bào)告的寫作一般分為三段：

（1）*一段：說(shuō)明報(bào)告內(nèi)容和背景。

（2）第二段：報(bào)告所做的工作，完成過(guò)程，經(jīng)驗(yàn)，體會(huì)，存在的問(wèn)題等等。

（3）第三段：針對(duì)問(wèn)題給出意見和建議。

 

2. 全文格式模板

Subject：報(bào)告主題

（1）說(shuō)明報(bào)告的主題及其總體情況

常用表達(dá)：

A recent survey shows that ...

（2）具體闡述調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果，并進(jìn)行原因分析

常用表達(dá)：

According to the survey, the most noticeable are ...

However, the greatest change falls upon ...

What worries us most is ...

(3)針對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果，提出建議措施

常用表達(dá):

Your research team has surveyed students in your university about their health conditions. Write report with no less than 100 words to Mr. Johnson, the dean of your department.

Do not sign your own name. Use “Li Ming” instead.

Subject: Analysis of the Students’ Health Conditions

(1) A recent survey shows that the health of the students in our school has been going from bad to worse in the past three years.

(2) According to the survey, the most noticeable are the numbers of nearsighted students and those suffering from the lack of sleep, increasing from 80% in 2010 to 90% in 2014. Perhaps that is because students are working too much time over their lessons inside the classroom. However, the greatest change falls upon the 16% more of overweight students, and what worries us most is the increasing number of mentally unhealthy students.

(3) In my opinion, our university should develop more activities to offer a more pleasant life to the students, while students themselves should have more outdoor sports and a balanced diet to develop physically well.
